Spark Plugs?
Spark Plugs? The factory replacement plugs is a delco platium. Even from autozone it is 5.99 ea. can I run rapid fire or bosch supers? I know some cars don't like other plugs. What does the lt1 like?
I wouldn't fool with platinum. They are expensive and if you play with nitrous later, they won't work. Pick up some Autolite 106's at Wal-Mart for about $1.09 each. A spark is a spark.

Platinum plugs do tend to last longer, not 6x longer though. I have also heard that some lt1s dont like different plugs, have not seen any proof of this though. I still spend the extra $ for acdelco platinums, when you consider the amount of time between plug changes, an extra 20ish bucks is nothin.
autolite 104's here i am thinkin about switchin to r42lts when i get the thing back together
