Either way your fans are what is pulling the air thru your cooler then condenser then radiator. So the air that goes thru your cooler also goes thru your condensor and radiator. i've never heard of another car doing this like yours but if you wanna see if this is the prblem you could temporarily mout your cooler behind your fans (with zip ties or something) and see if it still does it. if it does you know you hve to mount your cooler else where.
Does the front of my condensor need to be cleaned off? Can there be alayer of dirt on it causing it to get hotter?

there looks to be some grass and crap in there. just next time you wash it spray the hose up in there. probly not hurting it any but it good to keep it clean.
Have you tried moving the cooler yet?

I haven't tried yet. You think I should bother considering how its mounted.

I thought that most people mounted them right up against their condensor and that way would really pose a direct heat problem.

I can try tomorrow.

Normally eveyone will tell you its a good mounting spot and it won't cause any problems. but i say its whats causing your problems. i mean nothing else has worked for you so its worth a shot.
