Pulsing lights
Pulsing lights Anyone have any idea what might be causing all of my lights to pulse? It doesn't vary with RPM, and it is ALL of the lights - headlights, interior, tail, dash, etc. The alternator is showing erratic charging...could that be going bad?

My roomate's SS is doing that also, only in park at very low RPM, but he as an optima red top, and it shows full volts. i would check continuity with a multimeter at all your grounds and power leads. My 79 Corvette did this, and I had to re-ground half the wiring harness due to damn beach corrosion, good luck man
I've noticed mine does it sortly after i start it up. It usually only does it once. I've figured that it is the air pump shuting off. The air pump is usually on of a short while then it shuts off once the cats are warmed up, and the lights flicker. You can usually hear when the air pump turns off. If there flicker all the time constanly then its not this.
I had this issue w/ my black car I brought it back for warrantee work. It was wiring they had to redo a ground or something. I have the paperwork in storage since now I am overseas.
My 2002 M6 was flickering headlights and also radio static when using the power windows.
All I did was tighten the ground on top of the pass side inner fender and the problem is gone
