Replacing Lower Radiator Support?

Replacing Lower Radiator Support How hard is it to replace the lower radiator support? Obviously, I mean once you get the radiator and hoses out.
Mine was a little banged up when I got it and I know you can get a replacement on eBAY for about $250.

It's not real bad, but it's nearly impossibly to straighten out. I have straightened it out enough so that the radiator and air dam fit perfectly, but underneath it looks pretty dorked up. Looks like somebody ran over a curb at some point.
It's an AutoX/Roadcourse car, so it doesn't have to be perfect, but I was thinking about changing it if it wasn't too difficult. Cutting and welding is a little above my skill level, though.

I would just get in there with a BFH and straighten it out. Never know you might go to all the effort of changing it and go farming the first race and hit it again
