Damn Rattling Noises!

Damn Rattling Noises! These damn noises are getting more and more annoying everytime I drive. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's those noises you get with LTs/cut-outs/loud exhaust in your interior. Right now my ashtray, driver side window switch, and the cover for the spare tire occassionally rattle...of course all at different RPMs. Am I the only one that gets these noises? How do you shut them up?
my over axle pipe hits the floor ever since i installed my L/Ts every time i think i've got it rite it does it again!i'm gettin some heat reistant tape to put there to muffle the noise so it's not metal on metal i need the tape for other things too!
try puttin a cover over & behind your spare thats wot i did, it's gone now!

Yeah the ashtray, shifter button, and parking brake button... We also have a rattle somewhere out back, not sure what it is...
We have the BMR boxed/weld in subframes... Oh well...
