Weird noise - Vibration with speed

Ok...So it happens every morning when its cold or when it first starts out. A weird vibration and noise is under my center console that progressively gets worse as speed builds up.. After a while it goes away.

I just had the pontiac dealership install a new transmission but the problem is I dont know if the noise was there before the tranny was installed because the day I bought the car in Pittsburgh the tranny went out...

So where could this sound be coming from? Again its a vibration noise coming from my center console around the passenger seat area.
