Sometimes Car Wont Start

Sometimes Car Wont Start Everyonce In A While I Turn The Key And Lights And Dash "reset Or Go Dead" As Normalthen but starter doesnt do anything. Turn The Key Off And Try Again And Then She Will Start. Any Body Have Ideas. I Dont Think Its The Starter. Could Be The Ign Switch I Guess. Is There A Relay Or Anything For Just The Starter?

yes its on the z in my sig sorry. the prevous owner said it has done it since he bought it and that was about 4 years ago. i bought it recently so i am trying to figure out some small stuff you know. thanks
