Cruise Control
After executing a header install, my cruise control doesn't work worth a flip. I assume the cruise control wires are the plastic ones that fly over the intake from the drivers side to the passenger side. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that. There are 3 wires. One goes to the throttle body, and 2 continue to some canister thing just in back of the battery. The cruise control works barely. If you set it to lets say 75, It will fall to 71 or 72 before it catches and maintains speed. Then if you go up a small hill, the car will not accelerate to maintain the chosen speed.
Anybody have/had this problem, and how the hell do you fix it. Its not a big deal, but hell it saves my leadfoot *** on the highway, and headaches at work.
As always thanks for any input.
