Weird noise in front
Weird noise in front So I was driving last night and when I came to my destination I had a weird clunk / rattle in the front of the car from underneath. What caused it to happen was I was making a left turn up into a parking lot. It only happens during slow left hand turns. It sounds like an exhaust pipe hitting the frame or something. It also doesn't happen all the time. It has the stock manifolds and y-pipe which were never taken off the car. It does have a Corsa catback but I doubt that has anything to do with it. It is a 6-speed car. I am thinking maybe an exhaust thing or a mount of some kind. The car only has 20k miles on it so I doubt it is a suspension part of some kind. Thoughts?
I should add that the cars driving is not effected by the sound the car drives fine. I am going to look underneath it to see if i find something obvious.

I'd say to go look and see if the inner skirt is hanging down and maybe rubbing the tire when it gets compressed by the driveway. If not, check the end link on the sway bar or the shock mounts and see if it's all tight. My car made a little popping noise when my sway bar end link was loose. Other than that, I think I would have to hear it. Unfortunately you live a couple thousand miles away. Good luck! 
Thanks for your input. I am going to check the stut tower nuts to see if they are fully tight. The guy I bought the car from had a strut bar on it so maybe they are not that tight. You are the second person I have heard about checking the sway bar ends but the other guy thought that 20k miles is pretty low for that to happen, but of course you never know.
Yeah, but thats about the mileage I had on mine when they were loose. Sometimes they just don't get completely tightened from the factory I guess. I finally got pissed and checked it out. Sure enough, the end link on the right where I was hearing the rattling and/or clunking was loose. Tightened it and the sound went away. Might not be your problem, but it's worth a try.
