Question How to fix Rear Defroster?

Ok, so heres the deal. I think whoever owned the car before me had some window tint, and got it taken off. But! They must have done a really shitty job (obviously), because the rear defroster...lines, or whatever are damaged. So! My rear defroster doesn't really work. Is there some sort of way to repair them?

Sounds like if there was tint on the window at one time and was removed they may have nicked the defroster more than just one place. Would definetly try what BTA says being that would be the the least expensive route but you may need to replace the back glass.
