Guys help me out Ok, I had a terrible screeching noise with smoke coming from the alternator side of the engine in that general area, I changed out the alt. and still the same problem. Its not like its just a screeching noise the car will not idle, it just dies without my foot on the gas. It has a whole new opti spark, can any of the other pulleys freeze up. I need any and all advice, thanks guys.
