How do you remove old threadlocker (loctite) from threads?

Call Loctite or go to their web site and talk to them

I believe if it is "red" loctite, it takes heat in excess of 450 degrees farenhieght to break down the locktite so it will turn and you can get the bolt or nut out. Locktite technical support should be able to give you the correct info. you seek.
