weird sound from driver-side door

weird sound from driver-side door every time a go over a bump,i here this weird noise on the driver side.It sounds like a sqeeking sound comming from the back of the door but the door dosnt seem loose at all.Has anyone had this problem?Or know what it might be?

it is the manual door lock connector to the unlucker dont know how else to explain it but with a picture, on my six'er i relpaced both motors and put insulation on them so when they do move, i willn't hear it
