Air bags?? horn problem

Air bags?? I just bought a 2000 T/A ws6 this weekend. It has 87k on it and i checked the carfax and everything before i bought it and there was nothing about an accident or anything but the horn does not work in the steering wheel and the pad moves quite alot. The passangers airbag cover looks some what raised (its not exactly flush) but i cant tell if it has been deployed. Can someone else with a T/A check out theres and tell me what theirs looks like. The horn works when i pressed the lock button for the alarm so i know that the horn it self isnt broke.. Any advice??
