bumping/grinding noise from underneath car

bumping/grinding noise from underneath car At low speeds when I floor it, or go more than 50% throttle, something underneath the car bangs and grinds the floorboard. It's been like this for a while. I've checked the transmission mount and it's good, as well as the torque arm and mount. I've also checked to see if the driveshaft was hitting anything and that's clear too.
At high speeds, there is no problem no matter how much throttle I give it. It seems something is flexing under load but I have no idea what it is.
Can you guys give me a list of what to check and how to check them?

I am having the same problem as we speak. I had it at my buddys shop a week ago cuz after I got it back it started making a noise. I had to replace my fuel pump and they took off the exhaust. There was one clamp that was loose and he tightened it and it was gone for a while. But i guess it's loose again. I'll need to get a new clamp. I also refilled my diff. fluid cuz i have a slow leak in the gasket. But i think it's just the exhaust hitting when you accelerate. I suggest a new exhaust clamp right by the drive shaft. i will do the same..........
