I took me forever to find a 3 blade sensor for a ls engine. A few years back i put a 5.3 in a 97 s10 that originally had a 3 blade sensor well i had full wiring diagrams and wired it up to work on the 2 blade that was in my 5.3 and the gauge worked but wasnt accurate and the truck ran funny and was throwing a 5 volt refrence code and a code for every sensor that worked off 5 volts so i disconected the gauge and the truck ran fine
