Seat belts?
Seat belts? I've never been in a car that does not do this and it has me feeling unsafe. With the car off, on, moving, or braking if I jerk on the seat belt on the driver and passenger side I just pull out seat belt. Isn't it supposed to STOP!? Therefore if you crash the seat belt will stop your torso from, I dunno, busting through the airbag or something?
Also, what's with the hump on the front passenger floorboard?

on some cars the lock is controlled by a weight or something....I had a car once that it didnt work on when you pulled it like that but worked when you hit the brakes hard so I decided to figure out why and found that it was controlled by some wieght or lever or something I can't remember it was 4 years ago and it moves when the car comes to a fast stop. Not sure how to explain what im saying.
Basically go out and drive int he country at like 30 mph and hit the brakes quick...you dont even need to lock them up just hit the brakes like a deer ran out in front of you and I bet the belts will lock up

Try hitting the brakes and see what happens. IIRC it only locks up when you experience some amount of force from braking, turning, being hit, etc.
