Compression Test Question

Compression Test Question I have the guage for a compression test from a friend but i have no idea how to do it, im going to have to make a small hose as the guage wont screw in between the headers, but once i have it in what do i do to 'test' compression, also what are the factory specs for the cylinders or where can i find them?
