Default Ws6 Starts Rough In cold morning

So I hopped in my car this morning, freezing my butt off and and started my car and it was really really rough for about 2 seconds and then leveled out and was fine. When i started it, it started very very quickly with no hesistaion but ran rough for those seconds. You could feel the car shaking and you could hear it real good by the exhaust. Then it popped just a little by itself. I know i'm due for an oil change and there is a tiny tiny leak up in front of my cat. anybody know?

Doesn't sound like anything unusual for a cammed car.

Because the bigger the cam, the more it's suited to operating at high rpms. Idling is the lowest possible rpm you're car will ever run at so it's probably gonna have a rough idle, with its severity depending on the duration, lobe seperation angle, and your tune. It's even worse on a cold start up. I'm on my second aftermarket cam and in the warmer weather, my car would usually idle at a nice constant rpm right away. Other times in the cold, sometimes I have to wait a few minutes for the idle to level off and it would pop a little. That's why a lot of the time you will hear people talk about the quality of their idle when they get an aftermarket cam; because it's probably not gonna idle like stock any more.
