Default Car Acting Weird in Cold

So I had my fuel pump changed about 2 months ago and we just got our second snow and my car is acting up. i was pulling out of my driveway and it stalled on me. Well i tried to start it up and it wouldn't start. So i left it and came back 4 hours later, started right up and I drove it for 20 minutes, parked it, started it up 4 times in a row right there. In the morning it started and I helped my buddy drop his car off at the shop, went to his house where we put sandbags in, tried to start it up. NOTHING. 10 minutes later it started and we let it run for 5 minutes and it stalled by itself just sitting there. Got it towed and mechanics started looking at it and told me its starting up everytime. They are even simulating the tilt i was on in the driveway when it stalled. End of story. Any ideas??? HELP
