clunks when shifting, bucks when let off the gas

clunks when shifting, bucks when let off the gas ok when im diving in normal conditions, evertime i go to shift ,the harder i do it the louder the cluck! then ill let off and then it clunks back or bucks back then give it slight gas with out shifting i here cluck feels like its coming under the center console however; i put a poly urathane trans mount about 6 moths ago i dont think it would go out so soon!
i do have a 9 inch with a locker but i can tell when the locker engages and disengages, its got to be something hitting the top of the car....
.....help please i cant sleep!
diagnostics done: header was hiiting k-member(fixed)
spoone t/a was hitting the rear area floor board(fixed BFH )
new trans rebuild(nothing)
9 inch rebuilt (nothing)

Sounds like a broken trans mount to me. its a piece of rubber glued to a steel mount, the rubber just tears loose over time. I've ripped 3 in half since i put in 3.73's.

soory i bought an autozone ploy mount 6or 8 months ago soo im not sure if its busted or not i just orderd i new one from summit should be here tomrow ill keep all infomed!
