How to replace a T/A fog light?

How to replace a T/A fog light? Hey guys I have a 99 t/a and one of the fog lights went out. I went and bought another one and just need to know how to get to it. I started to take some panals off to try to get to it but it seems like I would have to take the entire front bumper off, and I know I'm wrong and need to know the proper way to do this. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Go under the front of the car, and there will be 4 button fasteners, remove them, and pull the plastic back, the fog light will be in front of you.
Remove the lightbulb from the fog light, you have to twist it,
Get a 10mm gear wrench and remove the mounting bolts, and remove the foglight assy
Installation is the reverse of the removal (that's for the Haynes manual fans
)
