spark plug - 11 ft-lbs or 22 ft-lbs?

spark plug - 11 ft-lbs or 22 ft-lbs? I need to know if i torque down to 11 ftlbs (What Install University says) or 22 ftlbs (What my Haynes says). @ Install University it says hand tight, then maybe a quarter turn. When i torqued plug #1 down to 22 ftlbs it seemed alot tighter than 1/4 turn from handtight......

11lb/ft is correct.
