Car Wont START!!!

Car Wont START!!! Figured you guys may have run into this. I just removed the ABS, Power Steering and horns from the car and it wont start. Everything that was dont since last time I started is as follows. K-Member, Lower control arms, Manual Steering rack, Spindle set-up, Front brakes, Remove horns, Remove little vacuum canister next to horns, Remove ABS, Remove Power steering, Race water pump, Cut all connectors from ABS, A/C, TCS etc. to the wire loom (Need to remove it all but thats for another project). When I go to start the car it does nothing fuel pump goes on etc. but no crank and when I turn the key the fuel gauge goes to E. Ive been looking around for a possible bad ground and no luck. There was a ground however on the ABS unit but it went into the ABS connector so it got cut along with the ABS harness. Another thing is a 15 amp fuse in the engine bay has no power it is labled strtr which in the manual is Power Control Module (PCM), Clutch Petal Switch. (my car is an Auto). I bridged the bolts on the starter and it turned over so I know the starter isnt frozen up. When I turn the key the small wire to the upper bolt on the starter gets no power. Maybe a Bad starter relay? Hoever why isnt the 15 amp fuse getting power? Any Ideas? Things to check I would greatly appreciate it my car has been down for about a month and Its finally done and now no start!!! Thanks guys

had the same problem, everything would work but car wouldnt start, thought it was my key or something?....ended up being a blown fuse for the dash.which ends up killing the starter etc lol took me 2 days and i never looked in the most obvious place =/
