Default Stripped lug nuts

Anybody else have this problem? It seems like I'm always stripping the threads off my lug nuts. Sometimes the wheel studs strip out too. It's mostly on the rear, but I have stripped some nuts on the front as well. Is it the cheap auto parts lug nuts I buy or what? I always torque the lugs down by hand.

I got gm bolts and I tighten them by hand and they do stripp easy. I over tightened one wheel key bolt and it cracked. Its still on untill i a replacement. In defence of gm I do take off the rims more so then the regular person, always modding somthing.

Even though so people argue that anti-seize on lugs are not a good idea, I always use it. I don't want a frozen lug nut, and I have never had them come loose on me.

Recommendations? I've tried lug nuts from three different auto parts stores and they all strip out eventually.

If you are constantly, taking off the wheels; perhaps you need to just say that after x amount of take off/ put back on you just buy a new set. Check w/ trackbird or mitchnx in the handling forum to see what the autocrossers are using for lug nut bolts and studs.
