Default Left turn arrow is solid green with no flashing noise; right one works fine?

Was it caused by my clear day time lights...water is always getting into those? What do I do to fix it?

New bulb?
New relay?
What does "bad front socket" really mean and how do you fix it if this is it?

Where and what do I need to do to fix this....it is going to drive me crazy and this is dangerous when changing lanes!!
