What does the PCV plug into?

What does the PCV plug into? I am changing my intake manifold right now and the PCV is a Y connection. One end of the split plugs into the front of the manifold, what does the other part of the split plug into and what does the other end plug into? I can't remember from from I took it apart (4 weeks ago).

Hmm. From memory, there is a hose that goes from
one valve cover to the other, I think the split is in
the back of the intake, and the (split) line runs through the
PCV to the intake behind the TB.
And there is another hose that runs from the pass
side valve cover to the TB (vent line).
