Default vibrating or rubbing sound.

ok, so when i go to try to top out my car everything is fine and normal until i hit 140 at 5000rpm then there is this vibrating or rubbing sound comeing from what i think is the passenger side.everything is fine and balanced and drives smooth until then. What is this? Could it be from bent rotars?

"My car makes a funny noise at 140 MPH". Then don't go 140 MPH. No problem!
