i use a wix filter on my car, I am not willing to pay 12 dollars for a brand name filter like K and N

I normally run a M1 oil filter, if I can't find it I use a K&N.

Anyone paying 12 bucks for the K&N is getting ripped. They are easily found for 9.99 or less on line. Call me crazy but I'm not going cheap on my engines life fluid system.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the WIX just that tests conducted on the K&N always have it at or near the top of the list of oil filters and I want the best for my car.
