Default Ticking on drivers side floor

Here is the deal i was messing around with my friend on the way to his house and i was in second racing him and went to shift to third and went to 1st,
(i have never done this) and relased the clutch the tranny bounched up and down and the tires were skipping the low track light came on and what not. I then took it to his house, when driving it there nothing was wrong with the car everything seemed fined and all it went into gear.

We get to his house i pop the hood and tap the gas no ticking noise, so i thought ok nothing is wrong no bent push rods.

So an hour later i get in to go home and start driving and around 2k rpms IN GEAR there is a ticking noise (sounds like air leaking) coming from or around the bottom of the dash on the drivers side, down by the pedals.

After driving for 10 mins it goes away? and it only sometimes did it usually in 2nd gear. I have an energy suspension tranny mount and all that.

Any ideas i hope that i did not **** anything up. Thanks for the help

Have you checked the tranny mount to make sure that it is sound?
