Heh mine rattles like change in a metal cup next to a subwoofer...its aweful especially at WOT. Something Ive learned to deal with though. Sorry Dont know a fix for it.

I had mine replaced under warranty about 2 years ago and it was gone....BUT...came back a few months later. I think its sometype of o-ring or something that backs off or moves that causes it. I bet you could pull it off and take it apart to find out, I just havent had time.
