Coolant pump seal is worn, coolant weeps past seal and accumulates on pan bolts, leaving an orange grease, happened to me at 34K miles.

If its leaking under your water pump then you need to change the water pump as it will only get worst and might take a **** on you one day in traffic. I changed mine out in an hour or two when mine took a crap.

You have to remove the air cleaner box, the radiator hoses, the serpentine belt, the fans and then the water pump.

If you don't do it, it'll get worse and you'll overheat.

You can change thermostat (I chnaged mine to 180) while you're at it.
And do TB coolant bypass mod while you're at it.
And you can flush the old coolant while you're at it.
And you should put a new radiator cap.
