Adjusting Window

Adjusting Window
I just replaced my passenger side window motor on my 99 Formula but I am having a hell of a time getting my window to align right. I know i need a new set of stabilizers, but the window is still not sealing perfect. It seems as if the regulator needs to be adjusted. How is this done? I see a few bolts that hold the regulator which have arrows next to them pointing down, sideways, and i think up. Are these for adjusting? Can someone please explain with some detail how to properly align window, the motor swap was easy but this is a pita. Thanks. ( By the way the window was not aligned right before the motor finally gave out)

The window motor swap is very easy, just follow the guide from the link posted above. The problem I have is that the rivets that secure the regulator to the inner door frame have dug into the fiberglass which allows the regulator to "slip" when lifting the window. I can not get a seal around the window because of this. Any suggestions? I am thinking to drill out those rivets and use a combo of bolts, nuts and washers...any info would be greatly appreciated.
