Default O2 Sensors

Alright... both my drivers and passengers side pre-cat O2 sensors went bad, so I'm replacing them with the 13111's, I did the passenger side no problem, as I have LT's and so it is on the side of the collector. The driver side points straight up towards the hood and it is on so fackin tight, and there is virtually NO clearance. I finally got a wrench on it and tried for about an hour without so much as a budge. Any ideas?

The only options I can see at this point would be to 1.) Pay a shop to do it, it'd be under an hour labor for any shop or 2.) Reset the PCM to clear the code and hope it doesn't come back on while I'm getting it inspected, then afterwards when I put the straight pipes back in to replace the cats, I do it then... I dunno... blah
