I just got my 99 T/A and all my other cars(LT1's) didn't have the oil life indexs or what not. So my is I just changed the oil in my car. How do I reset the pcm or whatever so the change oil light on the dash will go off. I didn't get a manual with the car.

Turn the car to the run position, but dont start it. Then hold in the trip/oil reset button until the light flashes and goes away.

Easy, turn the key to on (don't start the engine) and floor the gas pedal 3 times, the light should go out

hey thanks for the help guys. I'd heard the floor the gas pedal 3 times method. at the moment I have the TB off the car porting it. and the seat out to replace the power track. so I was just doing some maintenance and fixing all the little things before I start driving it
