Default Car Will Not Fire (help)

I just installed an 04 shortblock into a guys 98 camaro. The car had been sitting for 9 months with no motor ,trans or batt. Last night I finished up the install and the car wont start. I checked every connector at least 5 times and compared them to my car and still no luck. I pulled a plug wire and it is not getting any fire . Can you guys think of anything I could have missed? Is there a chance the key fob lost its memory? Oh and I checked the plug at the coil packs and the pink wire had power but when I checked my car to compare it had no power. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED THANKS

There is a ground on teh back of the drivers side head. Make sure that bolt is tight or it wont fire. I am speaking from past experience.
