I know for a fact that 26069708 is without radio controls as I am looking at one.

For with radio controls 26049658 is what I have written down but I am not looking at one.

As for your number of "26072753," I can't tell you why yours is different. Is that what the dealer told you? From the description it does sound like the clockspring.
Some people call it a deployment ring.

Does the clockspring have 2 pigtails coming off of it, or does it have 1 large, circuit board type of pigtail on it?
