I had the same thing happen to me. It sounds like your motor is on its last leg. I say go ahead and get a new motor before it gets stuck in the down position.

Sounds like the window motor. Both of mine are shot, and I have two in transit. Monday is going to be busy, but by Monday night my windows will work.....

Yep it's your motor...Get a good one cuz they're p.i.t.a to replace and you don't wanna be doing that all the time.

Welcome to the club - get one with a lifetime warranty so you'll never have to pay for one again.

My window jumps badly. The motor runs fine but the window falls down bout every 2 inches. I have to pull up to help it close. Will replacing the window motor fix this?
