Wheels squeaking at low speeds
It's not a high-pitched wail like worn pads. Sort of a repeating squeak sound which matches pace with the speed of the car. If I go fast enough I can no longer hear it. I can't isolate if it's front or rear (or both).
Jacking up the front end, the tires don't turn very freely, at least in my opinion. The only thing I can think of is seized caliper guide pins. Anything else I should check?

Does the car vibrate any? It does sound like the brakes though. How do your pads look? If you are experiencing a small vibration, it could be a warped rotor. The unlevel surface will squeal as the high part of the surface comes in contact with the pad.
