If you absolutely must run Mobil 1, then yes, these two are suitable replacements. Although I believe the 10w40 Mobil 1 EP is being phased out. They never really marketed this oil at all, and it wasn't sold in many places.

I can't find the 10w40 or 5w40 M1 near me.. the only synthetic the 3 auto shops around here seem to have is the 10w40 syntec ( Will that do? lol.. Love small towns

i just switched to 10w30 now im hearing that 5w40 is the way to go.....hmmm i just cant stay current.
