valvoline dexron III ATF well i just changed my rear/trans fluid and engine oil. i used valvoline atf in the trans and driving normal it feels fine but when i get on it and hit second the trans feels notchy as hell, almost like its grinding into the gear. i plan on going to the track next wednesday so i plan on changing it out because i dont like the way it feels.
i searched and couldnt find out what i should use for a 99 t-56, what do you think i should put in there?
help me please

anybody?
i was thinking about gonig to th dealer and getting thr gm syncromesh but isnt that a synthetic blend, and will that mess up my blocker rings since i have a pre 01 trans
