Default Does this look repairable?

That's from the bottom of the radiator. I was thinking about Epoxy, but I don't know if it would hold the pressure.

Maybe, but is it worth the risk? Think. Aluminum heads AND block. Do you really want to risk an overheat? I wouldnt even consider it, myself. Sorry, dude.

Around here it doesnt cost much to have the end tanks swapped out. You can get a replacement radiator, around here anyway for around $120 and just the tanks swapped out for around $50.

I just wanted to add that you might even be able to find a good one in a salvage yard. 93 to 02 I'm almost positive are all the same. I know Slp sells the Lt1 radiator as an upgrade for the LS1. Even though most people dont even know its an Lt1 radiator. There used to be lots of threads about that.

get a new one, or at least a new used one, not worth the risk
