Noise from harmonic balancer?

Ever since I got my car out of storage, it has been making a wierd noise comming from the engine near the serpentine belt. So, today I get underthe car while it is running, and It seams like the noise is coming from the big pulley near the bottom which I believe to be the harmonic balancer.

my question is, should I replace:

1. Just the balancer with one from autozone for 80 bucks
2. Autozone pulley and new belts?
3. Get an underdrive pulley system??

If you guys think I should get an underdrive setup, which should I get for my DD TA? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What kind of noise is it? I highly doubt its actually your balancer making the noise. It's probably either an idler pulley or a belt.

its more of a "metalic noise". Like a bearing or something. Doesnt sound like a belt

o ok cause i have a howling noise coming from mine which i have heard is normal. make sure the balancer spins completely round and doesnt spin lopsided cause that could be a big problem
