head light and blinker prob

head light and blinker prob 2000 firebird
heres the problem: the passenger headlight wont go up or down when the lights are on but it doesnt make a crazy noise like it usually does when the motor goes out.could it be anything else??
also on the driverside the turn signal wont go on in the fron or blink..but in the rear the tail light gets brighter but also doesnt blink..the front light blinks when you lock the car..all the fuses are fine any ideas??

Sounds like stripped gears in the headlight motor.
The turn signal thing is tricky. Do you have Day Time Running Lamps (DRL's).
My car is too old to compare against but, if you have DRL's you may have a dual element bulb up front. If you do, replace it for a quick try. If its a single element bulb for the front turn signal and the bulb works otherwise, it could be the turn signal switch. Try jiggling the handle around to see if anything happens. Sorry, that's all I can offer on my limited knowledge of your car.
