maybe you need bigger injectors?

sounds like you got a lotta **** done to it, so when you nail it, the injectors cant deliver enough fuel causing it to stall out. you may need bigger ones?

OR

you have a leak in a vacuum line?

What was the last thing you did to the car before it started to do this ? Also , could you describe in more detail just how it bogs down as in how many rpms you are pulling, when it starts to bog stuff like that ?
The more detail that you give the more someone on here could maybe help you out .

it runs fine as long as I ease into it, like just givin it a steady dose of gas. but if I try to pass someone, and floor it or something, it's like it wont take anymore gas. and I have 28pd injectors, so im sure im fine in that area. It's normally in the higher rpm area. like im runnin 80 or 90 and then i nail it it wont do a dam thing. kinda feels like it wants to shut off or something. but if i just keep easing into it.... it will continue to pick up speed

I would start checking the little things first . First I would pull the spark plugs and check those or just replace them if that has not been done yet . I had a crack in a spark plug when I did a swap and did not notice it till I got down the road . It did not throw any codes or nothing just when I would get in the gas above 3500 it would miss and studder but if I barley gave it some gas it would climb no problem . Spark plugs can be delicate and sometimes they fall when being handled in the auto stores and develop hairline cracks .
