best fluid for manual transmission?

???? So since i'm changing my clutch out this weekend (Parts willing) what is the best Fluid to put in it?? I want something thats not going to break down...

I didn't know that you put oil in a clutch. Doesn't that make it slip a bunch? Of-course, I know that you are talking about the transmission, but you only talked about your clutch.
