98 Trans Am Parking Light???

Default 98 Trans Am Parking Light???

well my passenger side parking light lately hasn't been that strong amber color...its kinda dull now and clearer looking....is there 2 lights in the parking light housing?? Anyways what do you think the problem is?? and how do i take that housing out to get to the lights??

No. There is only one bulb in your parking light. (A 3157A bulb)( the "A" is for amber) To get to the bulb, there is a small door under the car in the panel just in front of the front wheels. Remove the screw that holds the little door closed, pull it open and look up in there. You will see the back side of the parking light housing. Remove the bulb holding connector (the socket) from the housing ( it has a push lock on it. Push the lock in, twist the socket counter clock wise) and replace the bulb with a new 3157A. I believe that will fix your problem.
