LT1 running rough

LT1 running rough I've got a 94 Z28 Lt1 M6. 53k miles all stock. Only had CAI as mod. Today on the freeway I grabbed 3rd gear and nailed it, and at higher RPMs felt like it was missing. It did this in all gears afterwards, felt just like a rev limiter every time the engine was under a load. After about 20 mins it was running back to normal. Closer to home I again grabbed a lower gear and hit the throttle wide open, again it started doing the same damn thing. At idle it was running very rough and rich, almost like running on 6 or 7 cylinders. Any ideas? As far as I know, car has never had plugs, wires, distributor etc. I figure this is where I will start, any other ideas would help me. Thank you.

i have a 96 Z for a lot of great info on the lt1's go to www.lt1tech.com other than that, id say do a tune up.
