whistling/whining noise around 40mph
#21
As for Rockinrobin's comment I don’t think it’s a build up because as soon as my car is below 35mph the sound goes away.
And as far as the next comment, no the car doesn’t really feel sluggish it runs well actually.
I don’t know... I guess I'm just going to have to take it in to the dealer and have them try to figure out something. I hate doing that though because getting them to hear the same sound is almost impossible.
I’m still open to suggestions though, so keep them coming!

Do you have an aftermarket radio? hate to sound like a newb, but when I bought my formula it had an aftermarket stereo that was hooked up poorly, and it makes a whine sound that came out of the speakers, just wondered if that were the case here, it would only start around 40mph.....

- 76k Miles
- The bearings were bad and there were metal shavings every where. That’s what I meant when I said it "went bad"
- And no, it’s not the aftermarket radio because now that it’s fixed I don’t hear the noise anymore.
