Default Need help identifying part (Radiator)

About a week ago, the car started leaking coolant. It wasn't bad so I was gonna check it out this past weekend, but it decided it didn't want to wait and emptied out the radiator

I tracked the leak down to the driver side of the radiator, on there is what feels/looks like just a square ended rubber nipple that is held on by a clamp. This nipple cracked and the coolant was pouring out of there. Tried going to a couple auto part places over the weekend and all they showed was the threaded drain plug.

Any ideas what this rubber nipple is called or a part number or where I can get something that willl work for it?
